Chilkur Balaji College of Pharmacy has established an Equal Opportunity Cell as per UGC Guidelines for Scheme of Equal Opportunity Cell for Colleges, XII Plan (2025-2026).

The Equal Opportunity Cell objective is to address the issues related to staff & students belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe, Other Backward Classes, minorities, gender, and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs).

It also aims to provide students to participate fully in the academic, intellectual, social, and cultural life of the college on an equal basis, especially those from marginalized and underrepresented groups.

The college strictly follows Zero Tolerance towards discrimination and harassment.

Objectives:

  • To ensure equity and equal opportunity and promote social inclusion.
  • To promote diversity and inclusive practices on campus.
  • To ensure barrier-free access in college facilities.
  • To provide counselling and support for PWDs.
  • To eliminate discrimination based on disability or minority status.
