Chilkur Balaji College of Pharmacy (CBCP) is one of the leading institutions in pharmacy education, established with the objective of developing a “Centre of Excellence” in the region. It aims to become a multidisciplinary centre by strengthening teaching and research activities and contributing to society and industry.
CBCP is developing a Central Research Facility (CRF) to create an advanced research ecosystem with emphasis on industry-academia interaction and technology-driven solutions. These state-of-the-art analytical instruments are housed at a single location with skilled personnel to support UG, PG, PhD, and consultancy research work.
- To create state-of-the-art research facilities for interdisciplinary research in Pharmaceutics, Analysis, Chemistry, and Clinical Pharmacy.
- To make facilities accessible to internal, external, and industry users.
- To promote collaboration with institutes, universities, laboratories, and industries.
- To provide a platform for sophisticated experiments in materials science and engineering.
The Central Research Facility aims to provide advanced characterization systems for students and external users. It fosters a research-driven environment supporting innovation in pharmaceutical sciences and technology.
