Admission Process Guidelines & Fee Refund Policy

Admissions are categorized into Category A (Convenor Quota) & Category B (Management Quota). 70% students are admitted through Category A and the rest 30% students are admitted through Category B.

Admissions under Category A to regular B. Pharm & Pharm. D programs are made based on the rank secured in Engineering, Agriculture & Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (EAPCET) conducted by Telangana State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad. Three-year diploma holders, with Engineering Common Entrance Test (ECET) ranking are eligible for admission into 2nd year of B. Pharm program.

Admissions under Category A to regular M. Pharm programs are made based on GPAT ranking conducted by NTA & PGECET ranking conducted by Telangana State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad. Scholarship / Stipend will be provided to the GPAT qualified candidates.

Fee Refund
Cancellation of Admission Process Guidelines:
For the cancellation of admission for respective Academic Year, students must give application to the respective admin and to the head / Director of the respective institute. For, detailed information for cancellation of admission please refers to the Process flow. (Annexure – A)
Refund of Fees for the students admitted in A. Y. 2024-25 only:
1. In case of cancellation of admission for whatsoever reason, the college or institution in which the candidate has taken admission shall process the Admission Cancellation formalities as per the policy and Institution will refund the fee as per the guideline of UGC (UGC Notification Annexure – B).
2. The refund of fees will be deposited online to the A/C (as per information provided by the student) after completion of Admission Cancellation Process.
Note:
In case of students admitted through Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC), the guideline of respective bodies shall be followed.
